By joining FootyMail you are agreeing to the following conditions of use:
1. The email addresses provided by Footymail shall not be used for inappropriate or illegal activity, including, but not limited to the following:
- Spamming
- Organisation of violent or disruptive activities e.g. fights with other fans
- Transfer of pornographic or illegal sexual content
- Threatening behaviour
- Harrassment
- Racism
- Terrorism or gang activities
- Trading of illegal products such as pirate DVDs or fake brands
- Blackmail or coercion.
2. FootyMail has the right to immediately disable an email address that is used for any of the above activities.
3. Emails are provided on a fair use basis. If excessive attachments are sent, such as legal videos, music, applications, powerpoints, etc, that use up excessive bandwidth, the account may be suspended until the user agrees to reduce the use of bandwidth.
4. We want users to be sensible and not ruin it for other legitimate users. If we believe that a user is abusing the system their email address may be suspended pending an investigation.
5. We promise not yo provide your email addresses (your own private address or your FootyMail addresses) to other 3rd parties.
